I LOVE Dr. Bruneau!! One concern is not with her at all, but the amount of time it takes to get a result from my nasal swab testing for various viruses the sample was taken Wed morning at 9:45am 2/11/26 and it is Thursday at 7:24pm [Date] and I still do not have a result. This seems excessively long. Cooper needs to find a way to expedite the transportation of samples to your testing site in order to facilitate quicker results. Before Dr. Bruneau joined Cooper, she would do the quick tests in her office and I would have instant results. The next time I am sick, I am more likely to go to my closest urgent care for quicker results and that is a Virtua urgent care.

Dr. Bruneau is one of the best providers I have ever had. I went to her before she joined Cooper.

Dr Bruneau is always prepared and up to date with all of my medical issues.

The experience was really good. I got in there real quick, in and out in about an hour, just for a checkup and a flu shot. I got in, waited less than, I want to say five minutes to get back to my appointment. And then the nurses had me in there, checking my vitals and stuff like that, and my height. That was done real quick. And then Dr. Bruneau was in within five minutes of the nurse leaving. Talked to me about my overall health and stuff like that, what needs to improve, talked about my medication, stuff like that. And then nurse gave me my flu shot and that was down in and out. It's perfect. 10 out of 10.

Everyone was excellent. Seemed like scheduling was backed up. Waited 25 min for doc to come in. Otherwise visit was excellent as always.

I called in the morning and got a same day appointment. You can't beat that!
