My recent visit to Dr. Demeyo and assistant, Ingrid, both were excellent. They followed through on a set procedure that I was aware of and made aware of what was being done in terms of preview for doctor's visit. And during the visit, everything went very well. And again, great explanation given and wonderful conversation between the doctor and the patient. Well done.

Yes, Dr. DeMaio and his staff are excellent. When I call, I get answers. And when I ask for him to call me, they do give him messages. He does call. And I appreciate the staff, and I appreciate my doctor. And I thank God for him.

I, along with my family, have been a patient(s) of Dr. DiMaio's for a very long time (since approx 1990) and have followed him pretty much wherever he had been. That's how much we like and respect him and his work. Now since Dr. DiMaio has joined with Cooper Healthcare System, we couldn't be happier. We've experienced excellent Customer Service from every staff member any one of us has encountered. Regardless of the reason we needed assistance with. Every/Any Staff Member exemplified professionalism while maintaining a warm, welcoming, friendly demeanor and provided resolutions for whatever was needed. So my kudos to Dr. DiMaio for being the Dr. he is and the choice of who he surrounds himself with, as well as, the Support Staff at Cooper who consistently go above and beyond when assisting a patient! Dr. DiMeo treated me with kindness and courtesy, and I was getting a little bit irate, and there was some choice words coming out of my mouth, and he put me in my place, and it took a couple seconds, and then I finally apologized, And he shook my hand, and I got everything taken care of. It was handled extremely well.

That Dr DIMAIO and staff are always healthful and understand to my needs just so happy that I changed doctors to go there they are an amazing group and i always tell people they should change if not going to them already god bless them all

I had a PAT done on the next day at 3 Cooper Plaza in Camden, and everyone was as good as here. BUT, the parking and the location spoiled the whole experience. I followed the primary care doctor from Jefferson to Cooper. My surgery will be in Morrestown Mall. What a released!

Even though Dr. Flaherty was not in the office last week, she responded immediately and instructed me to make a quick appointment with another provider. Dr. Dimaio was wonderful, caring, loving, empathetic, and acted very quickly to get me the appropriate testing and medication. He made me so at ease and established tremendous trust. It was like I knew him for a long time. He's the perfect partner for Dr. Flaherty -similar spirit, dedication, and drive to connect personally with the patient and act with brilliance.

Overall good experience. Had slight hiccup in the beginning with communication regarding a prescription refill and an appointment needed to refill. But once determined, everyone worked very well and followed up to get me set up for a tele appointment as i was heading out of town the next day. Thankful for their diligence and willingness to see me on short notice!

I have absolute trust in my family doctor, he listens and responds and is very active in my health care, trust runs easy between him and my family. I believe I would never get the level of care I'm currently getting with him. Professional kind compassionate intelligent thoughtful and the entire staff that works with him are respectful and knowledgeable! As for me and mine he's a perfect human being and we are grateful towards home!
