I'm glad to say my first visit with Adam wasn't what I expected but we have cleared that up and appt was wonderful He explained and help me plan for what's next in my treatment. Very thrilled. Thank you I'm finally able to do a pair of laundry, next maybe a marathon! !

I live an hour away from provider and left 15 minutes early as usual. Unfortunately traffic was very bad. I called office to let them know and everything was fine even though I was a half hour late. Don't know the woman's name at check in but she was very nice and accommodating.

Polite and informative

Everybody, the staff, everybody was very nice and everything was running on time and Adam was very, very, he knew what he was talking about and I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge of everything.

Dr Adam couldn't be more friendlier and informative. Answered all my questions in a way I could understand.

The medical aspect was great but the part of parking in the garage was ridiculous because you had to go outside and walk around the front of the building to get into the office. Very difficult for me and my husband.... ? ? ???? ?

They both take time to ensure all my questions are able to be asked and are answered thoroughly. I got a call the next day just like they said to schedule my next injection. Everything ran smooth.

Dr. Saalfelder's notes say 60% recovery. This is opposite with 40% recovery. I may have misunderstood the question. I trust Dr. Saalfelder and DR. Ganguly and appreciate the way they speak to me. Out of the 25 doctors I have seen in the last year and a half there only two others I continue with,

All I can say is that Adam is the best in every aspect of his job. He takes his position seriously and put me at ease during what could be a nerve wrecking appointment, Pain management! As much pain as I was in, he brings humor to make me feel a little joyful!

The receptionist went well above and beyond in taking care of me, I was having trouble walking and she quickly got me a wheelchair, and let the nurse know I was there. I didn't get her name, but it was the person who checked me in.

The staff is incredibly friendly very professional the appointment was on time I think we were there for a total the most a half hour so far I meant two different doctors it's my second time going there and I meant the whole staff the first time and I got to say they take their time they answer all your questions if you don't understand they will explain it to you to the point where when you leave there you understand exactly what the doctor's diagnose is and how he wants to go about treating it and taking not pressure you into doing anything that you don't want to do by far the best experience I had in my last 6 years of going to all different types of doctors

Adam is a terrific addition to the team. I'm sorry to say that the other nurse practitioners that I have seen in this practice strike me as a little ditzy, and I've always felt it was a waste of my time to have these insurance driven follow up appointments. My experience with Adam was 100% the opposite. He was professional, easy to talk to, pleasant, examined me, and talked with me thoroughly and thoughtfully about various medications and pain management modalities. I couldn't have been happier with this visit and finally, I felt like the visit was worthwhile and not an exercise and wasted time. Hats off to the practice for hiring this person.

OMG my visit to Cooper Pain Management was flawless. Everyone was so kind and the doctor that I saw he was very knowledgeable and he showed that he cared. I really appreciate them. They really made my day.
