Yes, my appointment with Dr. Chai was excellent. He is knowledgeable, very proactive, and determined to get a treatment plan after a diagnosis to correct anything that isn't going well with you. The navigators, the people at the front desk, everyone was outstanding. Cooper, you really have it together, and I thank you for the wonderful people you hire. And I recommend Cooper all the time. Dr Chaya is extremely kind and professional and thorough

I have a high comfort level when I see this doctor. A confidence has to exist to be satisfied with the medical help that I need. It is reassuring when that is established by the care provider immediately. I am totally satisfied with my care.

Dr. Chaaya is the only GI doctor that I would prefer to see. He treats me like a family member and does not force you to take medications if not needed. This is why I refer him to my patients that needed a GI doctor.

Dr chayaa is an amazing doctor and he goes above and beyond to provide the best care to both my husband and I- He is very thorough and he makes sure we understand everything he speaks about- he takes time (no matter how long) to hear us thoroughly which is very much appreciated - he is truly the BEST

Dr Chaaya and the staff were wonderful.

Dr was running behind due to an emergency, and the receptionist informed me twice of the delay. The tech who escorted me to the room also informed me. Receptionist after visit was pleasant and kind. She set up my next appt with ease and professionalism. Dr Chaaya is personable and informative and did not rush our visit even though he was trying to catch up. Overall a good visit.

Great service

Medical treatment fine. Parking was a problem- drove around lot for some time looking for space. Finally parked by snowpile not actual spot. Apparently residents from adjacent apartment complex parked in Cooper lot during snowstorms instead of own lot. I couldn't park in their lot because of the many signs stating THEIR spaces for residents only. Have been to this facility several times before. Parking never previously a problem.

Dr. Chaya was wonderful. Better than most doctors I have ever been with, you know, been to see. I did make an error in two of the questions. They should have been excellent in the beginning. So that was my error. Instead of doing a five, I think I put four. So if you could correct that, that would be great. But I would recommend Dr. Chaya and his office anytime. Bye.
