Although I typically only see Dr Prettelt once a year I always feel that he knows me and cares abut my health. For the brief 20 minutes we discuss my health in very comfortable, professional manner.

The doctor is more than a doctor, he's like a friend and very kind.

I am very satisfied and very happy with how my doctor treated me. He is a great human being and deserves to be treated well. I am very happy with the way my doctor treated me; he is a professional.

My doctor is wonderful. He listens to everything I say. He responds. He goes through my chart and looks at every one of my specialists or other visits and other tests and comments on them and keeps me updated. He is personable. I don't think I would ever change him. He is a wonderful PCP. And, you know, I had surgery and he is the only one that called me before to go over the medications that I was taking to tell me which ones to stop and which ones to keep taking before my medical procedure. Not even the doctor who was doing the surgery did that. And so I really, really believe that Dr. Protet is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Patel has been my physician for a great number of years. I return to him because he really does care about me. He is always pleasant. He asks questions. He answers questions and I feel very comfortable with him and I don't feel that I've ever been led in the wrong direction with his care. Thank you.

Doctor been my primary for a long time so only good things

Dr. Adolfo Prettelt is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients, listens to them, gives them the necessary attention, and resolves their problems regarding illness and everything else. He is an excellent doctor. I recommend him 100%. The only thing is that in the office where I go, there should be someone who speaks Spanish at the front desk because I think there's one in the back, but she says she can't help at the front desk when you're getting a checkup. But otherwise, they are kind, and the medical staff is tremendous. Thank you.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Pretelt! He is caring compassionate and understanding! The front staff of the office are amazing. Always cheerful and extremely helpful. As far as the medical assistants in that office, they have quite a.bit to be desired. It sometimes take quite a few days for them to get back to you or even get a prescription refilled.

This doctor was not my regular provider, but, the office easily found an appointment to fit me in for the same day. I really appreciated that since I couldn't get a same dayappointment with my regular doctor.

The only thing I would change is that you cannot get appointments anymore quickly. So you have to wait too long before you can see someone. That's my only concern. The office is very busy but compared to other offices everyone works as a team. I saw a new provider this time who listened to my needs and I would give him a 15. I just hope I get completely better. Making appointments is too difficult. A lot of back and forth calling. Ridiculous in this day of technology. Maybe institute texting or portal sick appointments. If I don't get better just thinking about calling in again gives me anxiety. I really wanted a follow up appointment but the office didn't seem to have availability. They said just call in.

Cooper Hospital saved my life back in 2020. Going forward I transitioned all my Dr's that I see which are a lot to Cooper University Hospital

This has been the best Dr office I've ever been to. Although the wait is long, I don't feel like a cattle being pushed thru the herd. Kindness goes a long way and being thorough is even better. Dr. Prettelt is our favorite and I wish there were more like him. I feel hopeful when I visit! Thank you.
