Extraordinary expertise, compassion and communication skills

The only unpleasant experience was the 45 min wait with no update. Other than that, everyone was great - especially my provider.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Yagnik and his staff. The new Chief Resident was absolutely amazing. (I believe her name is Dr. Keegan or another K name, I apologize!) I was in Cooper Camden's Trauma Center with a dog bite to the nose. The Chief Resident surgeon took amazing care of me and worked magic on my nose that no one else had thought possible (seriously, I was transported from the Cooper Cape May ER who were also wonderful, and they were almost certain I would need a skin graft). Under her care in the trauma center, and all throughout my follow-up at Sewell, she and all nurses and staff were amazing. I actually went to the Voorhees office for my appointment by mistake because that was where my paperwork sent me. That office called the Sewell office for me after I explained the situation, and everyone was unbelievably kind and understanding. The Sewell office still accommodated and saw me the same day (despite being 20 minutes late after having to call and drive 30 minutes). When I got very faint and nauseous after my sutures came out, the doctors and nurses were so caring, nonjudgmental, reassuring, and all-around kind. One of the most traumatic events of my life was made so much easier and so much less traumatic because of Dr. Yagnik's team. I am so thankful for the care I received from Cooper, it is beyond words!

Yes, that was my first appointment to see Dr. Yadnik. And overall, I thought he was an excellent doctor. I thought that his staff was, you know, very, very considerate and professional. Everyone was nice. But one thing I didn't like, which doesn't have anything to do with the doctor, I don't like the fact that after one visit, you have the audacity to send me a survey about what I think about the doctor's services. And a lot of the questions do not apply since I've only had one visit. Please stop sending me these nonsensical surveys. Wait until I at least have more than one visit.

I really was impressed with the service from the check-in receptionist to how clean the office was, how the dental assistant was in helping Dr. Yagnik. I just think the overall experience was awesome. A 10.

They let me know I'll be fine, no surgery. Told me what I can and shouldn't do. Showed me where my fractures were and that's all folks!

My situation was not something I would like anyone to have to go through, but I was treated like I was their patient.

Dr. Yagnik has incredible bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable, he listens and answers questions thoroughly and explains everything very well. I did not feel at all rushed in my appointment and he quickly gained my confidence. Highly recommend!

I had expected the procedure to induce extreme pain as a result, however, due to the Dr's professionalism, attitude, and gentle handling have had minimal pain related to the surgery. I am so very grateful for all the staff that helped that day.

Dr Yagnik, and staff, were amazing. I opted not to have any sedation for my surgery. They made sure I was comfortable and numbed properly the entire time. Very informative and compassionate. Thank you for as great of an experience having oral surgery, as possible!
