My appointment got moved actually early and I was a little bit nervous. The nurses were really nice. They explained to me that they just had an opening sooner and my results were in. So the doctor wanted to look at them. He was very, very nice. He understood that I was extremely nervous. My grandmother that was in California was on the phone with me and I let him know that she was there and he included her and he talked to her. He even suggested putting her on a video call so we can all talk together. Unfortunately, she has an iPhone and I have an Android so we couldn't do that. She asked questions. He answered them. He explained things very well. And he was just really, really all around. It was a great experience. It was really good news too, but it was just a really good experience, even if I was going to get bad news, which I did not. I got really good news. But the staff was amazing. They were very nice. Dr. Tertz was awesome in helping me and explaining to me what he was going to do for me, you know, ordering me an MRI and enroll me in an outpatient traumatic brain injury program, get some blood work, and he was even better than my primary care physician, who I unfortunately had to switch because she's over 50 miles away. Plus, she's not very concerned about my care, just about how often she sees me in person. With the new FCC law, she says I need to see her in person every two to three months. The law is actually once every six months in order to prescribe toboxins and mental health pills. But Dr. Tertz was amazing. He was very patient with me. He took records of everything, all my concerns, all my symptoms, and he talked me through everything precisely. That's all I can think of right now. Thank you. Have a great day. God bless.

I was nervous that my dr referred me to a neurosurgeon. Dr Turtz was so kind and was immediately reassuring. He took his time to explain things to my husband and I and he answered all of our questions. I left the office so relieved.

I'm very satisfied and pleased to have Dr Turtz as my physician. He exhibits professionalism, knowledge of his field and compassion. I felt a rushed by the checkout person. It was late, but that was due to the offices timing with appointments. I just wanted to make sure that I had all of my necessary documentation and referrals when I left.

Dr. Mann and his team are wonderful! They treated me with kindness and patience from the moment I walked in to check in. Going to an appt like this can be overwhelming and sometimes looking for your insurance card might be what you stumble over. The receptionist that checked me was efficient, patient and kind. I waited 5 minutes before I was brought into my room. The nurse that took my vitals had a very calming energy. Dr Mann's nurse, Genni, came in and explained what to expect when Dr. Mann came in and what he will go over. She emphasized that she would circle back to answer any questions. That was such a crucial step in creating a calmer mindset to receive what may be very difficult information to hear. Dr Mann came in shortly after (5-10min at most) and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly. Most importantly in a way that we could understand but also with enough medical jargon and knowledge for me to know that I am in great hands with a doctor and team that truly care about me and my family. He answered all of our questions. We had plenty. I can't say enough about how much calmer I feel after receiving some hard to hear medical diagnosis knowing this is the team that will be taking care of me.

Yes, I find that Dr. Coat, excuse me, I found that Dr. Coates, not just on my visit on the 17th, but the years that I have been in the office with him has been second to none. He is excellent, awesome surgeon. No, he's never did surgery on me, but just coming to my appointment and sitting down, discussing my health and what's going on, phenomenal. And I think more doctors need to do that. And that way they will have better success all the way around, not just for their sake, but for the care of the patient as well.
