Alexis is amazing. She explained everything and she answered all of my questions. I was apprehensive about my upcoming biopsy and she took the time to help me understand why I am having the test and explained what to expect about how they will do the biopsy. I felt much better after talking to her. She makes me feel comfortable and like I am talking to my best friend. Exactly what you need when dealing with potentially serious results. My husband and I love her approach to her patients and their family. She is the best.

I have had experiences with other hospitals during my cancer journey. I will never leave Cooper. All my cancer doctors are now cooper. I live in Somers Point and it's worth the drive to Camden and Voorhees. I'm thrilled to be able to be seen here in Egg Harbor Township. Everyone is friendly, professional, concerned, comforting, helpful, I have seen them at my worst and at my best. They give over 100% of themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually they were recommended to me.

Alexis provided me with information pertaining to 2 questions I had that were indirectly related to breast and overall health. She indicated she would get back to me and she did through my chart. It was our first appt. together and I am pleased with her experience, knowledge and feedback regarding my recent mammogram and related issues.

I think these surveys being called by MD Anderson when you're under cancer care can be concerning to people. We see the phone number, we hear MD Anderson in your heart and your stomach drops and your chest. So I really feel like this could be done a better way rather than a phone call. The people that you're reaching out to are dealing with a lot in their lives and really the survey is not that important. Do an email if they want to respond, great. If not, that's just the way it is. You guys give great care, but I feel like this is an unfortunate unnecessary part.
