I had a wonderful experience from the time I checked in till the time I left as I was the last patient to leave with the 2 nurses that were still there. Finding a parking spot at that time of arrival was the most difficult but after circling around a few cars finally pulled out. First the check in lady was fast and awesome as to me signing papers. Then <Name. was awesome as she got me situated with taking my vitals and getting my gown ready n instructions and hooking up IV. I only waited to use the bathroom. Having another bathroom would have put me ahead like 10 minutes that was my only hold up waiting to give a urine sample but it is what it is. Once that was completed and I was dressed in the gowns the Dr. came in and marked me and the <Name. took me to OR. She was also amazing. I was met by <Name. who said she was taking care of my compression and anesthesiologist, <Name. and <Name. and the guy anesthesiologist came in earlier. I can't remember the lady's name that was my nurse in recovery but she was also awesome as I was out of it. It was a top notch experience with no wait other than waiting to use the restroom and I knew I was in excellent hands and care with Dr Kaye. Dr Kaye well I can only say the day I first met her I had that great vibe and a smile on my face when I first left the office after our consultation. I knew I wanted a women Dr who was caring and understood a women's needs and heard my concerns. She's a caring Dr and took time to listen to what questions I had and helped me get to [Date] 8. It was a long 7 month journey to get to [Date] 8 as I was first hoping to do this by the end of 2024 but glad it finally happened now as I didn't realize it would be such a long task. I'm glad it first encouraged me to lose weight which I'm also happy about. I highly recommend Dr Kaye to anyone interested in a breast reduction. I look forward to seeing the end results and feeling better physically and about myself. I'm a single mom who is divorced a bad one to add and have 2 children 24 and almost 18 who I love so much and doing something finally for myself to finally put me first for once and getting this surgery is a big step for me. Having help and support is now important for me during this healing process but I can't wait to see the end results after the bruising and swelling go away and they are back n place where they should be. I can now add this surgery to my list of 2 c sections and 2 full knee replacements that I had done over 10 years now already. Sorry for this long response I do like to talk a lot and due to the fact that I'm having difficulty sleeping I want to express that I'm happy that I chose Cooper and the wonderful team of doctors and nurses and office staff. Again, everyone was excellent and customer satisfaction is highly important as I work in that industry too. Thanks again, I hope this feedback will be helpful.
