I would like the Spanish-speaking receptionist to be a little more empathetic towards patients' families and to be more patient with us and explain things properly. I had a bad experience with her because I wanted to ask a question and she made rude gestures at me. On the other hand, the healthcare professionals were excellent. Everything was perfect; they were very kind, provided excellent care, and I am very grateful to them.
