In the first response, I was supposed to press 4, but since I didn't hear properly, I pressed 1. And yes, everyone treated me very well, and yes, I would recommend them to everyone. They attend to you very quickly, and you don't have to wait long to be seen. The doctors are very kind and explain things clearly, and the women at the front of the office help you with everything. The phlebotomist was amazing I didn't even feel the needle go in my hand when he took blood and he was very funny and friendly made me feel very comfortable and usually I'm scared to get my blood drawn because I have very tiny veins and they don't usually listen to me when I tell them but he did!! !

I love cooper for healing they heal me in way I didn't think I can heal

I was very, very impressed by the way she listened to my social life and involved that with my medical care and we came up, well, she came up with the best decision on moving forward. That to me, lets me know that she was listening to every word that I said from the moment I walked into the office and she said, how are you doing today That is key to great medical care. Thank you.

This doctor took a lot of time, was really interested in what I had to say, and showed a lot of care and compassion. She had a great bedside manner.

Yes, good afternoon. When I came to visit the doctor that I saw, she was very straight up, up forward. I mean, a lot of people try to get over, but she actually gives you a chance to express yourself thoroughly, where some other doctors does not. I mean, but she was very... I would say, empathetic towards my needs, I mean, but professional. That's about it.
