The office staff is always courteous and supportive. Amanda, our provider, is excellent, one of the best that I know of in the Cooper, in the practice of the care physicians. She's extremely patient and truly takes time to explain things to you that you might not understand. Always offers if you need any help or have any questions to call them, to call her and she will get back to you. And on a couple of occasions, I've had to do that and she has always in a timely manner gotten back to me. Well, some providers in the Cooper system I have waited weeks and still not have heard back from.

Excellent care

Amanda is a knowledgeable professional. She explains things completely and in a way that the patient understands. She always explains why something is happening and how and why she is going to treat it. She is kind, soft-spoken, in a manner that puts one at ease with a feeling that she truly cares about you. She encourages questions you may have and gives a thorough answer. So glad she is one of my caregivers!
