Dr. Gucio actually went through my health problems for the heart, listened to me, explained about the heart. Most of the other doctors haven't done that. And she also checked my ears, found out I had a major infection in my ear, and that I had threshold. And I've complained about it before, and no one's ever checked it. So she was a lot more thorough than other doctors that I've seen there. Thank you.

I had to find a new PCP because my doctor was moving. I'm so glad I found Dr. Garcia. She was amazingly proactive with all my health concerns. I am motivated to live more healthy and put into practice those things that I have it off on the past.

Dr. Andrea Garcia is incredible. She pushes past her allowed time slot to ensure all bases are covered. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions and makes a plan to find answers. Above all, she listens. Many medical things have been missed or dismissed in my personal experiences with family and she understands the enormity of that. My father faces a very grim future as we speak because some medical professionals (not in this practice that I am aware of) were dismissive of my father's complaints. They didn't listen to him. For this reason, I am beyond grateful for the care Dr. Garcia has given me.

I called late in the day and my Doctor was not there. Dr. Garcia was good enough to see me. She couldn't have been any nicer. She was very informative, listened to me and explained the treatment and tests I needed. I was very impressed.

Yes, all the staff is always very nice, always informative with me, my wife, my son, because we're all patients there, and I'm sure with all the other patients, they're very well informed. Dr. Garcia was excellent, reviewed everything in my past, the medication, what medications I'm on. We just reviewed everything. My problem, she gave me a description of my problem, different causes that I got my problem. She gave me a medication, and I'm sure it's the right medication. I thought she was very good, and have a nice day. Bye-bye.

Everyone at this facility was perfect, they treated me fine. I do recommend you change the first question in this survey. I almost answered incorrectly, because as I was reading the question quickly I almost answered the 15 minute question wrong. Without paying attention, I would've thought it said, did you have to wait more than 15 minutes. I think other people like me who are not paying attention, maybe because we're still a little sick, could make the same mistake, which would make this office look like they're not running efficiently

Fantastic bed side manner

I thought the whole experience was amazing. It was easy, thorough and I felt as if I was well cared for. As is always the case at cooper, I am always blown away at how efficiently things are run and how incredible the staff always is.
