Hi, Dr. Russo is amazing. She explains everything so well, takes the time to do so, and makes sure I understand. And she's really, really incredibly thorough. And her staff are really on the ball and friendly and always get right back to me and everything like that. She's amazing and so are her staff. Thanks.

I met at Dr Russo for the first time the other day. While she is very in demand and it is difficult to get an appointment with her, I did have another physician recommend her to me and that helped in getting my appointment. And I am so glad! She's a wonderful doctor. She listened very well. She had good information for me and I know that we are going to have a good doctor patient relationship. She comes highly recommended and I feel fortunate to have her as my electrophysiologist.

My experience is always very great from the ladies at the reception areas to the nurse assistant, the nurses wh check the pacemaker. Any queries I have, they explain to me. The Dr. she's humble, thorough, goes over everything with me. How I'm feeling, if I have any questions or concerns. Explains why I have to stay on blood thinner. I am very satisfied with how I respected. Everyone there shows that they care about me the patient and that's important to me.

I went great

I was my first visit with Dr. Russo and she is so knowledgeable, informative, kind and easy to talk to. She was very helpful with a decision about an ablation and knew that it would need to be scheduled after I recover from a big surgery previous to the ablation. I also talked to her nurse Colleen and another assistant because she was running late. This was not a problem and I was informed and given many apologies. The circumstances were out of her control. I was very pleased with her attention to details.
