Her office is well run. All nurses and PA's are well trained. She saved my life at least twice. I can't think of better health care.

My experience is always very great from the ladies at the reception areas to the nurse assistant, the nurses wh check the pacemaker. Any queries I have, they explain to me. The Dr. she's humble, thorough, goes over everything with me. How I'm feeling, if I have any questions or concerns. Explains why I have to stay on blood thinner. I am very satisfied with how I respected. Everyone there shows that they care about me the patient and that's important to me.

The building was very state of the art

I was my first visit with Dr. Russo and she is so knowledgeable, informative, kind and easy to talk to. She was very helpful with a decision about an ablation and knew that it would need to be scheduled after I recover from a big surgery previous to the ablation. I also talked to her nurse Colleen and another assistant because she was running late. This was not a problem and I was informed and given many apologies. The circumstances were out of her control. I was very pleased with her attention to details.

All personnel are consistently polite, no one speaks negatively about Cooper, or has a less than optimal attitude about their duties. It appears all staff have been instructed to hold their behavior to a higher standard.
