I think Dr. Simon was wonderful. He explained everything very thoroughly. He answered all my questions. He listened with intent to listen to what I had to say and not listen to reply and I love that. And what I love the most is that he took time when I was upset and crying because I was in pain to identify that I was in pain and how he can help me or ask how he can help relieve my pain, which is very, very, you know, concerning when you have a break like this. What I did not like is the fact that it took me two days from the ER because the ER factor said I would be able to see him on Monday and I wasn't able to see him until Wednesday. I know that's not Dr. Simon's fault, but I just wish that he had an opening on that Monday considering how severe my fracture was. That's all. Thank you.

Cooper is always number one in everything they do, patient care, patient concerns, and the patient in general. It's a number one place to go for any emergencies, any health issues, any problems. All the doctors are top notch, number one. Thank you.

Was a nice first time experience at the center. Staff very courteous and not a long wait at all. Dr. Simon was great breaking everything down for me to a level I could understand. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The location of the Cooper University healthcare Moorestown Campus is ideal. In my opinion, it has ample safe parking easy access no stairs an Apple handicap parking. The staff is curious when they greet you and gather information regarding your name, date of birth doctor, etc.. Thank you

I'd just like to say that my experience with Dr. Simon was wonderful. He listened. He did everything that a doctor should do. He was very polite. I don't know. I just can't say enough good things about him. My surgery went very well with all the doctors that I have had at Cooper. I've had plenty of surgeries and procedures done with Cooper at Morristown in New Jersey. And I don't have a complaint about anything. That's about it. So yeah, thank you. And I'll be using Cooper constantly for the rest of my life as possible. So that's all. Have a good day.

Very caring and thoughtful

This was my first experience with a doctor at Cooper Joint and Bone. I was impressed with everyone from the people who signed me in to the physician's assistant, I guess she was, who took my vitals and my data. Dr. Simon explained things in a clear manner, had a good personal interaction with him. I had not met him before, so this was a very new encounter. I thought he was fine. He explained everything very clearly, very calmly. I probably would be a candidate for surgery, and he explained what that would be. And so I really can't say anything negative about my experience. But that doesn't surprise me because I am a Cooper patient, and I have had good experiences with almost all of my Cooper doctors and the attending staff. Thank you.

Cooper hand surgery is wonderful

I initially was a little upset that Dr. Simon left the Glassboro location because the staff was extremely friendly and they started to get to know my daughter. But I was pleasantly surprised when we went to the Voorhees location. Everyone was just as kind and caring and helpful. This is the first time that she got x-rays that she didn't really cry. The technician was able to talk with her and relate with her. It was really nice. And my daughter absolutely loves Dr. Simon. We look forward to seeing him every time.

I don't want to be unfair but I think my comments were based on personality, Dr. Simon is laid back, just not what I'm used to.

I love my doctor. He was very understanding and very personable.
