I am so pleased with my visit to Dr. McElroy. My pain has gone from chronic [Date] to like just about gone. I recommend him to everyone. He's so nice. He tells me everything he's doing. He takes his time explaining the possible outcomes and he also encourages me to follow up with him if something is not right. I think he's the best thing that's happened in my life and I'm very grateful.

Dr. McIlroy cares very much about my condition and is trying hard to get approval for my procedure. Unfortunately, BC/BS is treating me unfairly and causing me unnecessary pain and discomfort by denying me the MILD procedure.

Dr. McEroy explained everything in detail and was extremely professional and helpful.

The doc is so busy and his PA is on maternity leave so it's hard to get appointments. He is in such demand because he's a good guy and takes care of people and relieves their pain. People will wait to get an appointment with him because he's so good.

After I left doctor's office, I was so pleased and felt so much better that it was a very good experience with he and all of his staff. Thank you.

Great doctor

Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist whom I've not met before but you'd think we knew each other for years. The nurse Cory escorted me to an exam room immediately after and took vitals asked about pain levels and past procedures. Dr.McElroy came in greeted me in a very friendly manner explained the procedure and completed it. Dr.McElroy and his staff make you feel very comfortable but most importantly I feel 100% better

Dr. McElroy took his time to understand my concerns and explained my conditions in detail and explained all of the treatment options. He did a great job and did not appear rushed or distracted.

Dr. McElroy had good "bedside manner" and addressed my concerns in a way that allowed me to feel at ease. The pain that I had experienced initially in my first appointment with Doc had completely subsided so I was relieved and happy to have found an effective treatment.

Dr. McElroy has been excellent. He always listens. He always responds. He gives advice. He tried everything to eliminate the pain that I was experiencing. He was very efficient, very nice, very personable. His whole staff is very friendly, very helpful. It was a good experience all around. I give him a 10 in everything. And one of the questions, I think I only put three, but I meant to put four because I didn't hear it correctly. But he was top in every question that you asked me and it was a pleasure to have met him and have him help me to get better and stick with me and give me encouragement and he is a very good doctor and I really appreciate the help that he gave me. I said my appointment was easy to get because I literally called and he had an opening that day. If I didn't come that day, I believe it would've been April before I would've been able to get in to see him for a consultation. That would've been too long.

A friend, who is a patient of Dr. MacElroy, recommended him highly to me. I was very pleased with my consultation with him.

I got a call that they had a canceled appointment, so I got in early and everyone there treated me very well and I am scheduled to have an injection. I was very happy with my appointment and I love Dr. McIlbrah.

Dr. McElroy is fantastic along with his staff. The old office was much better for privacy. This new office the walls are paper thin. and the employees are basically sitting on top of each other. Poor move by Cooper who made this change. Besides this building is 25 years older than the one the doctor was in.

I was made to feel extremely comfortable. I was nervous at first because I'd never had the procedure before. However, I was made to feel that the staff was confident in their abilities, which made me confident in their abilities. I appreciate Dr. McElroy and the rest of the staff. Thank you very much.

Dr. MacElroy provides a much needed service in our community. I have had chronic neck and back pain from an accident and have tried many things over the years. But, the procedures he has done have 1) provided lasting relief that I never thought was possible 2) dont require sedation 3) have not been painful 4) are soo convenient. His entire office staff are welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable. They are amazing! Im so glad they are all here!! I recommend him to many people who feel the same. Thank you Cooper Cape!! !

I think Dr McElroy is great! I have had no issues with his care. He is also my only authorized treating Physician through Workers Comp.

From the very first time I met Dr. McElroy, he makes you feel very comfortable, shook my hand, sat down and explained what we needed to do and the process and about how long it might take, what results I may or may not get, and he's just worked with you fantastically. I enjoy going there and the entire staff is great. No hiccups, couldn't complain in any way, shape, or form.

I've been seeing Dr. McElroy since 2024. He and his staff are all very professional and personable. The waiting room at his new location is more spacious and very welcoming. Having doctors like Dr. McElroy speaks volumes about Cooper.

Nice staff. Doctor explained whats going on clearly and the plan of action to handle it, which sounds good. Only problem was a wait time to get an appt, although I get it - the Doctors are busy and my need wasnt insanely pressing.

I told the staff yesterday that I adore EVERY PERSON that I've come in contact with on Dr McElroys team. They go above and beyond to assist me with kindness and compassion. I literally will walk in in tears and leave with a smile on my face. I mean every time I leave his office I feel that there is a light at the end of this painful journey I'm on. The atmosphere is friendly, high energy with impeccable service! Other medical practices could learn a thing or two from these guys. I would really like to express my gratitude to Medical Assistant Corey for starting my Pain Management experience last Spring with gut busting laughter from the moment he called my name from the waiting room. I normally have white coat syndrome giving me a higher BP count every time I have an appointment. I realized yesterday that doesn't happen at this office. And that is the ONLY DOCTORS OFFICE where that doesn't happen. I wish I had the power to give them all raises and rewards for their patient care. If anything, I hope this survey gets in the right hands and Dr McElroys team can be acknowledged by Cooper for their OUTSTANDING patient care from start to finish. Definitely the best treatment I've had. Sincerely

The nurse practitioner was outstanding along with Dr. McElroy. Both very compassionate, professional and easy to take too. They do not rush in or out they take their time because they care. All doctor offices should be like this. Cooper better treat them right. Do not loose doctors or nurses like this. The entire office is outstanding because they are treated good by the doctor.
