I told the staff yesterday that I adore EVERY PERSON that I've come in contact with on Dr McElroys team. They go above and beyond to assist me with kindness and compassion. I literally will walk in in tears and leave with a smile on my face. I mean every time I leave his office I feel that there is a light at the end of this painful journey I'm on. The atmosphere is friendly, high energy with impeccable service! Other medical practices could learn a thing or two from these guys. I would really like to express my gratitude to Medical Assistant Corey for starting my Pain Management experience last Spring with gut busting laughter from the moment he called my name from the waiting room. I normally have white coat syndrome giving me a higher BP count every time I have an appointment. I realized yesterday that doesn't happen at this office. And that is the ONLY DOCTORS OFFICE where that doesn't happen. I wish I had the power to give them all raises and rewards for their patient care. If anything, I hope this survey gets in the right hands and Dr McElroys team can be acknowledged by Cooper for their OUTSTANDING patient care from start to finish. Definitely the best treatment I've had. Sincerely

I'm a apprehensive patient, but I felt welcomed and comfortable with Doctor McElroy and his staff. Everyone was upbeat, it made me feel like everyone was dedicated to doing a great job.

As soon as you enter the office I was greated like everyone else that enters. Wait time was just minutes. Nurse was great and listens to what I say carefully. The nurse practitioner was outstanding along with Dr. McElroy. Both very compassionate, professional and easy to take too. They do not rush in or out they take their time because they care. All doctor offices should be like this. Cooper better treat them right. Do not loose doctors or nurses like this. The entire office is outstanding because they are treated good by the doctor.

This office is by far my favorite, everyone from check-in to scheduling, doctor and other medical office staff who may just be walking by are all respectful, caring and listen. Dr. McElroy was great. He broke everything down for me, explained to me lots of options, also explained things that could happen based on certain results. So it gave me a whole, like, kind of gamut and a whole array of different angles that my therapy and my, I guess, recovery treatment and everything could go. Made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of background. And he was willing to answer every question and wasn't just saying, you know, real quick things. He was giving me the time of day and I really appreciated that. So thank you.
