Angelina Hawk, MSN, AP-N, FNP-C is the absolute best as far as general medicine that I have ever had the privilege of being seen by; she is personable, courteous, compassionate- just overall excellent in her field; I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had a good experience, as expected. Assistant takes my vitals and the provider sees me for 5 minutes. It was a wellness visit since it wasn't a full year. Honestly, I distrust health systems. providers don't know who we are as individual patients and they have limited knowledge on addressing root causes. Our physicians are too specialized focused and not nearly enough health professional expertise in treating the whole patient. Of course that would take more than 5 minutes. Trusting a health care provider that I see for 5 minutes once a year is laughable. But you all are doing what you need to do and so my experience was good based on what you're able to offer. This comment extends to all healthcare systems not just Cooper.

My husband and I both we use Dr. Huck and we feel that she's one of the best doctors we've had, nurse practitioners that we've had. The staff is very good. The people behind the desk, there was quite a few people that were coming in and so it was a little confusing because they were using the, to have your, yeah, the lab core next door was also using the office so it was very busy but as far as the doctor's staff, they were great. They were very good and they always are and we really, really appreciate Ms. Huck. She's very caring and we really like her. Have a good day. Goodbye.

My appt was for a very specific issue that involved a leave of absence I took from my job due to a back issue. I gave her forms to fill out that were required by my job. She also made great suggestions as to different options available to me and let me decide my path forward. The only thing I feel she should have added is to suggest and/or give me some directions on at-home treatment, I.e., warm compresses, heating pad, Tylenol, etc. Maybe I misunderstood though. She has great compassion and a great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients.

You did nothing wrong. I was very pleased with the service and the compassion and her knowledge of Angelina Hawke. I like her a lot. She's very thorough and asks you all questions and made some medication changes that I was taking and I feel so much better. She's excellent on it. I think she's an excellent physician and I recommend her highly. I really would. She's very nice too. And I can't say enough about her. I'd give her a 10 all the way. And I thank you very much for this survey. Because I had a stroke and she helped me out so much with it. I almost died from it and she pulled me right out of it. And it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't be around today.

No complaints, She even looked at my next well check appt and reminded me of the date. Even was concern if my symptoms got worse to go directly to the emergency room. She even walked me to the appointment clerk and asked the appointment clerk to schedule. My next will check appointment and then the appointment even asked me if I wanted a reminder printed up she even said if there's anything we all can do for you do not hesitate to call us.

This was my first appointment with Angelina Hawk and it was a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely at ease, and was thorough in her explanations. She checked in throughout the visit. I plan on keeping her as my PCP, because of this experience.

Efficient organized friendly competent

I was seen promptly and checked thoroughly for what I believed my problem was.

The only reason that I didn't give all perfect scores is bc while I was in the waiting room, the employees behind the desk were having pretty inappropriate conversations, loudly, about an interviewee as well as other patients, specifically making fun of these people and using foul language. I am very far from "prudish" but they should have closed the windows/dividers so that we patients in the waiting room could not hear them. I felt a little uncomfortable and think this was pretty unprofessional. Other than that, the care that I received from Angelina Hawk was outstanding. She explained everything to me, was extremely thorough, listened to me and had a perfect plan of testing and treatment.

Angelina was awesome best we'll visit I've had in many years! She was very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. She took her time and addressed any and all questions I had.

I absolutely love Dr. Hawk and the staff are amazing. My nurse was rocking. She was listened to everything I had to say and truly listened and cared and wrote down everything very explicitly. So when the doctor saw it, she could see things before she ever came, you know, to see me. And then we went over everything very thoroughly answered every question I had in a way that I could understand. And then the. receptionist when I came out to schedule, you know, another appointment and help with that was very, was wonderful. The only problem I have is getting a new appointment for my husband so that he can get in there to see her too. That's a really big turnoff for any new potential clients to come in. Angelina Hawk was the first Doctor I have seen I a very long time that I actually felt comfortable with. This was my first meet but I know that I will be coming back.

This was the first visit with this PA as my primary. Although I did thank her cuz she is the one who I saw April the 2nd and she sent me for a scan and I had surgery that night for a bowel obstruction so I could thank her for that. And was impressed because she said oh I know you had the surgery I followed you all day long to see what happened that was impressive to me

I'm very happy with Dr. Peretti's office. Dr. Peretti is excellent. He's taken care of me since I moved down here to North Cape May. Wonderful office, wonderful staff. I can't speak highly enough about him.

Angelina made me feel more comfortable about coming in regarding my symptoms. She acknowledged that stress and anxiety I was feeling from my job could be a factor to my symptoms but also wanted to rule out any serious health issue that could also be the problem. She explained everything and had a follow up plan if everything comes back normal.

When I got to the office, I started having severe anxiety. I did not tell the office staff. Once called back to the room, I explained what was happening, the nurses assistant saw that I was getting white, sweaty and nervous, she stayed in the room after getting me a glass of water, and did not leave me and kept talking to me to get my mind off of everything until my NP came in, once she did, she was the most patient, and understanding nurse I have EVER had. She allowed me to talk, explain myself, I started to feel better. She did not rush me one bit, and she even asked me, because this was not my normal office because of appointments, if I would like to switch to her full time! YES a thousand times over. I cannot thank that nurse and her assistant enough. I walked out of there feeling refreshed knowing that I was not going to just be placed on some psych meds. I told her about my medicine I take and I didn't know any reactions, and she said thoroughly went through step by step, all while keeping me calm. I didn't know why I was having these panick attacks, and ever since I left there, I have no had one! This nurse and her assistant are a god send; and I will never see another director or NP while I'm in this area or living here: she is my NP and I trust her with my life. Thank you for caring about your patients and not just seeing me as a number. Thank you 1000x over!
