Anna Chen is a fabulous provider. I have followed her for many years and I've even had my husband follow with her. I would recommend her to anybody. She is fabulous. The office staff could use a little brushing up on their professionalism, but with that being said, they were not awful. They just were not top-notch. Again, your office staff could just use a little bit more professionalism at the desks for check-in and check-out. The assistant for Dr. Chen is fabulous as well. And again, Dr. Chen was the best. Thank you.

As allways, I had a great experience. No problems whatsoever. The only suggestion that I have is for Cooper to cut down on the number of phone calls they make to make sure that the patient keeps the appointment. In my opinion, they make too many contacts via email and phone calls to the point that it can be annoying.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chen's when she was with Cooper when she left Cooper and came back to Cooper you have a professional caring doctor on your staff. I don't know if Cooper does top docs. This is something you may want to start and she should be put on the list

Dr Chen is the best. Cooper is very well run and I like that Labcorp is right there in the building to draw blood for testing and I don't have to make another stop somewhere else for blood work

I always feel that I can discuss whatever my concerns are and she always listens attentively and provides valuable advice. I never feel that she is rushed. I feel as though Dr. Chen is like a sincere friend as well as a humanistic doctor. When necessary she has referred me to excellent specialists. I can't give her high enough praise!

The time with the nurse was very Informative. Then Dr Chen came in and she is Always very nice. We discussed my labs, and I was using a cane so I said I was going to physical therapist, who has been taking good care of me to get me walking and in better shape , I have always had a bad back and if I move wrong then I wind up with a problem.

Dr Chen is the best PCP I've ever had, I'd recommend her to anyone.

I walked in, I made an appointment, it was very easy. When I showed up for the appointment, I checked in, everyone was wonderful. I went back, I had a wonderful medical assistant. I saw Dr. Anna Chen, she was fabulous, the best, so much so that not only does my mother go to this office, so does my son, my husband, and I've already gotten my coworkers to go as well. We are all nurses. You simply cannot pick a better office ever. I cannot say it enough. You have the very best staff, the most conscious, caring, confident, knowledgeable people that work there. I really cannot say enough great stuff about it. I work a couple of jobs and I work from everything in professional sports to in nursing myself. I have never, ever in my life met more responsible, wonderful, exceptional staff than you have.
