i've been a nurse for over 40 years, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the office I go to more importantly the provider I see and the care I get at the age of 70. Kindness, respect, knowledge of what they are speaking about. I get tearful when I approach my car because I have just left a provider who always has the answers, puts my mind at ease, always asks for my input. I am fortunate to be a healthy 70 year-old. In spite of that, I still need Dr Anna Chen and all the staff by 1210 Brace Rd. I have always been the one taking care of my patients, especially the ones in home care which is how I encountered the services of Dr Anna Chen. I just knew when I reached the age of needing a good physician, she was the one.

Check was easy. Dr. Chen is wonderful . Always ready to listen to my concerns and provide recommendations. She is thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dr. Chen is our family doctor for many years, we trust her. She is caring and sympathetic, and very committed prfessional.

The only suggestion that I have is for Cooper to cut down on the number of phone calls they make to make sure that the patient keeps the appointment. The time with the nurse was very Informative. Then Dr Chen came in and she is Always very nice. We discussed my labs, and I was using a cane so I said I was going to physical therapist, who has been taking good care of me to get me walking and in better shape , I have always had a bad back and if I move wrong then I wind up with a problem.

I walked in, I made an appointment, it was very easy. When I showed up for the appointment, I checked in, everyone was wonderful. I went back, I had a wonderful medical assistant. I saw Dr. Anna Chen, she was fabulous, the best, so much so that not only does my mother go to this office, so does my son, my husband, and I've already gotten my coworkers to go as well. We are all nurses. You simply cannot pick a better office ever. I cannot say it enough. You have the very best staff, the most conscious, caring, confident, knowledgeable people that work there. I really cannot say enough great stuff about it. I work a couple of jobs and I work from everything in professional sports to in nursing myself. I have never, ever in my life met more responsible, wonderful, exceptional staff than you have.
