It's such a comforting feeling when staff at the Doctors office are kind and they smile and ask how you are. I find Cooper to be the best at this. Every office I visit I feel welcome and the staff really seem like they enjoy working there.

Dr. Shaw is fantastic. I love her. She's an excellent doctor. She tries her best to make you feel comfortable and helps you 100%. I appreciate everything she has done for me. She's an amazing person and an amazing doctor.

I love Dr Lane and Dr Ortiz. Sometimes the staff is a little short but overall I wouldn't go to any other hospital. The hospital staff is so good. Someone should do a story on their kindness.

I'd just like to say that from the moment that I came in and was greeted to all the people that I passed or interacted with in the office, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming and I couldn't ask for more. So thank you so much. That's not typical in a doctor's office and I truly, truly appreciate it, especially since I drove about an hour and a half to get there. So thank you, folks.

Kind and caring person.

I had a great visit and we talked about all my concerns. The only thing that I am curious about is why there's never like an abdominal assessment done because I'm thinking maybe the doctor could pick up on an abnormality that the patient may not know about during the physical assessment. I think maybe that would be good unless research shows that that's not the case, I don't know. Thank you.

I really like this provider she's patient when I don't understand things and she makes sure she explains things to me until I understand what she is saying. This doctor is very knowledgeable about my health issues. She shows me that she cares about my overall health.
