This was my first appt at The Cooper Ripa Center for Women. It was a wonderful experience. I have not seen a primary doctor in a very long time and needed a full physical. My provider was Ashley Matthews. She was absolutely amazing .. kind, patient, and so thorough. She spent a lot of time learning about me and my concerns. I'm so happy that I chose this practice. Thank you!

Felt this office staff, tech and Ashley Mathew were very attentive from the minute I arrived at the office. Ashley Mathew was good at listening to what I had to say and answering any question I had. The check out person was very helpful explaining my scrips and any questions I had. Great at scheduling my next appointment. When I got out to my car I thought what a nice well check up I had.

Everyone was so sweet and welcoming during my appointment. I had no problems at all with the staff. They all seem genuinely happy to help me.

People friendly clean facility

I was very pleased with my appointment with Ashley Matthew. She was very attentive and very thorough in questioning my health. And I felt very comfortable at the end of my appointment and I'm very happy that she has been assigned to my case.

I felt seen and validated by my provider. She also made recommendations that nobody else has ever even mentioned such as just getting a scan of my back to see why it hurts- not just saying okay or just giving me pills. I look forward to seeing her again, i want to be healthier not just placated.

Everyone at this office is wonderful. You'd think you are signing into a spa for the day the way people treat you. I didn't get to see Dr. Miller because our scheduling seemed to not be synching up - but the PA that I saw was wonderful.

I felt very welcome from the moment I was greeted at the check in desk. Loved her welcoming smile and introduction of herself. Totally changed my mood and made my guard relax. You just don't know what that meant as my day started off stressful.

In the past, I've always been uncomfortable going to a doctor's appointment, but that has never been an issue since coming to the Ripa Center. Every provider I've seen there has made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my appointment. The staff is always friendly and professional. I am very grateful to have found this facility.

Ashley takes the time to review my medical history and recommends follow up visits. She is very attentive and thorough.

I was five minutes late to my appointment and the girls were amazing. It was like I was on time and they were awesome. And Dr. Ashley is the best. She's very caring, very informative. And she ordered all the tests that were needed for me to have, and she even convinced me to have a colonoscopy after 12 years. So she's amazing because nobody could do that. Thank you.
