I was very satisfied with my provider.

This is the second time I've been to this facility and it is always been a very positive experience. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable and the doctor is awesome. Takes time to listen and is very positive.

The facility was bright, clean, and hand sanitizer was noticeable throughout. The provider was friendly, professional, and very thorough. She went the extra mile and provided a list of contacts for grief and mental health support.

My experience at the RIPA center is always top tier - Dr. Mathews is always so intentional, taking her time to talk through everything, and never making me feel like she's in a rush or I'm just another patient on a long list. She seems to genuinely care, and I love that.

Its always a great experience when I go there. I changed my primary Dr from Advocare to Dr Mathew. That's how happy I have been with my care.

My visit was delightful and pleasant

I was happy I was able to get a cancellation and come before my scheduled appointment (which was months out). I was seen promptly and everyone I interacted with were professional, kind and cheerful. This was my first time seeing Ashley and I think she was thorough and caring and heard me. She discussed my concerns and made suggestions. She's great.

Always prompt, courteous and provide explanations before asked.

It was via telehealth so some Questions are N/A The provider was very personable and professional. She answered my questions and did not rush through the visit. It was clear she reviewed my chart information before the visit since this was our first interaction.

I absolutely love my primary doctor, Dr. Mathew. She's very thorough. She takes time to listen. I have my daughter and my granddaughter coming to her now. So we absolutely love her. I wouldn't change her for anything. Everybody in the office were very polite and professional. Have a great day. Thank you.

Yes, I just wanted to say that Ashley is one of the best doctors or nurses that I've had in a long time. And I think she's really understanding, she's very professional, and I like her very much. And everybody else in the organization, ERPCA, is all very nice to me. Treats me like a very good person, and I enjoy going to the doctors.

Everyone made me feel welcome and relaxed. Seeing a new doctor can be anxiety producing but everyone was very kind.

This was my first appt at The Cooper Ripa Center for Women. It was a wonderful experience. I have not seen a primary doctor in a very long time and needed a full physical. My provider was Ashley Matthews. She was absolutely amazing .. kind, patient, and so thorough. She spent a lot of time learning about me and my concerns. I'm so happy that I chose this practice. Dr Mathew is amazing!

The ladies at Ripa, from reception to PA to nurses, are extremely sweet, supportive and kind. Every one of them. And Ashley Mathew is the nicest physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Can't say enough good things about her.

I was very impressed with my visit. I felt that Ashley definitely took time with me, addressed various issues such as mental health, family health, my health obviously, and I felt like it was a very well-rounded visit and I did not feel at all rushed. I would definitely recommend her and I You have complete faith in her.

Provider was very helpful in answering questions I brought and being respectful of concerns. I answered always to questions about caring etc but it only pertained to the 30 min apt. The staff make no attempt to contact me during any week to check in on me and see how I am doing. Mentioned I did not get apt when I wanted was more in reference to the fact that I could not get an apt with Dr Klein. Was thrilled Ashley Mathew was available and seemed very good at her job.

Felt this office staff, tech and Ashley Mathew were very attentive from the minute I arrived at the office. Ashley Mathew was good at listening to what I had to say and answering any question I had. The check out person was very helpful explaining my scrips and any questions I had. Great at scheduling my next appointment. When I got out to my car I thought what a nice well check up I had.
