Ms Homan is a very, very good assistant to Dr. Franco. She should become a doctor because she's that good. She knows everything that the doctor knows. And she answers every question I ask her. And without a doubt, she answers it immediately. She doesn't have to go look up in the book what the answer is. She knows. She should become a doctor. That's how well she treats her patients. So Dr. Franco leans on her. He leans on her because he knows she's that good. And she is. She's very, very good. I go to her and I tell anybody to go to her anytime.

Ashley and Dr. Franco have been very kind, explanatory, and understanding of my situation and my needs and even my concerns, especially during surgery because of my history of breast cancer and lymph node biopsy on the same side. We've talked about it, had a good conversation about like tourniquet placement and things like that, and in the end, compromised to putting the tourniquet on but only using it if we absolutely had to. And it ended up that we didn't even need to use it during surgery. So I was super appreciative of him understanding that. And Ashley has been always super kind, helpful, and just always has a smile on her face and addresses any questions I have for pre- and post-op care. So they're both really good. I'm hesitant that I'm giving a very correct assessment. All, every time, this, that, that's hard to assess. And that's like saying, oh, never, this will never happen, or this always happens. operate in that way. That's the only thing I would say. I think you need to work on your wording and perhaps, you know, have some, you know, give somebody more than one minute to talk about it. All right. Otherwise, no, she was great. She was great. Ashley was great ! ! She explained everything to me in detail. She had reviewed my chart prior to seeing me and consulted with the doctor . By my explanation prior to my appointment they had a good idea of my treatment. I did not have to get additional tests before I was treated. That meant I was getting relief. That was great !

No complaints or comments about my provider. First time meeting Ashley and she was a very good provider. I do want to provide a comment about trying to schedule occupational therapy. Tried booking to see a hand specialist at three different locations and the earliest expedited appointment was 3 weeks away. That it was too long.
