I appreciated that when there was a billing discrepancy that it was resolved right away even though billing was closed for the evening. She took the time to talk to my daughter with up most respect, she listened to her, and told her what she was concerned about to see if we could find a way in the middle to meet. I was able to get an appointment so easily and quickly it surprised me. Everyone one from to two people who telephonically made my appointment to the receptionist, to the nurse, to my physician was excellent. Even the guard when entering and exiting was pleasant and helpful.

Yes, I'm gonna leave some feedback for Dr. Brotman, and before that was Dr. Klein. Klein is still with Cooper, but both of them have been doing fantastic for me and my family. We use Cooper for all of our doctors. Great job from Cooper, excellent service. Thank you, keep it up.

My 1st visit went comfortably and professionally.

I love how my entire visit was quick and smooth. The whole process from checking in, getting my vitals, seeing the doctor, checking out, and even getting some lab work done (that was ordered the same day), it was all so easy, quick and organized. Plus every single staff member was very friendly and super helpful. It was a pleasant visit.
