I'm 56 with a complex medical history. I have seen a lot of providers over the years. The In provider is one of my favorites. Clearly competent with a great personality.

It is very easy to find positive words to describe my patient visits with Avril. Professional, personable, communicative, thorough, altruistic, dedicated listener, excellent medical knowledge..... The list could easily continue and if there was a rating beyond 10 Avril would exceed those requirements. Every time I depart a consultation with her there is no doubt in my mind I have not had the best possible care.

This is my second appointment with Avril. I find her to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough in checking my health. She explained my blood test results and made recommendations for increasing my calcium/vitamin D intake.

A patient encounter with Avril should be captured on video and used as training to teach others how to provide 100% effective patient care. Avril checks all the boxes with the highest possible mark in all categories from communication to diagnosis to recommended treatment plan and every other care factor in between. It is a very rare occurrence to be able to walk out of an office and feel 100% satisfied and confident receiving the best possible care and that feeling is each and every time there is an office visit with Avril.
