Good afternoon. I was very impressed with the doctor because she first brought me into her office to talk about what she knew, what I knew, and anything else that needed to be explained, examination room, and then back to the office. So I felt as though I was being treated as someone very important to her. And her compassion was very obvious, and I definitely believe she was looking on my behalf.

I go in. I don't have to really wait. And I voice my concerns, and she listens to me and replies and gives me knowledgeable information. Barbara is the 1st provider who answered my questions with confidence and who re assured me/made me feel validated. Its sad ive have to go a decade with my feelings but she addressed everything and wow. ..I wish I didnt meet her so late in life. Also, seeing the tech use hand sanitizer entering the room really stood out ti me. It really rides me of anxiety when I see health care providers use hand hygiene. It makes me feel so comfortable. This was my 1st experience and I hope they keep uo what they are doing. Everyone introduced themselves, explained themselves, and provided patience. I was really wowed!

Hi. I had a great experience at Cooper. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating and explained everything. I was seen on time. Barb, the nurse practitioner, is very thorough. She gave a thorough exam. Prior to that, we sat and talked about health issues, and she goes over all my testing, which was really helpful for me, and also referrals if needed. And then leaving the desk was very, very accommodating. Also, the MA who put me in the office was also really good. I had a great experience. I just wanted to thank him for his feedback.
