Always a good time when I go to the Record Center, never any issues. I mean, the only thing is like calling in enough time to be able to schedule my appointments, but besides that, they're always booked, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. But besides that, always a great time, always treated well by the staff, always good, in and out. They were actually, I was there early, they were actually able to see me before my appointment time, and I got out by the time of my normal appointment time.

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment time and I checked in and within 5 minutes the nurse assistant called me back. I like that I sat down with the doctor first, she asked me a few questions and wanted to know if I was experiencing any problems or pain and then she told me what would be performed in my physical exam. Within 20 minutes I was finished and on my way.

Barbara is amazing. My care is of the utmost importance to her.

I was very impressed with the doctor because she first brought me into her office to talk about what she knew, what I knew, and anything else that needed to be explained, examination room, and then back to the office. So I felt as though I was being treated as someone very important to her. And her compassion was very obvious, and I definitely believe she was looking on my behalf.

The provider was very good, very courteous. The staff was very nice, very courteous. Asked a lot of questions, was willing to hear what I have to say, was willing to respond in a nice, courteous way, explain everything. Very warm welcome, very kind staff. I enjoyed coming. I did recommend my friend. She did come and her experience was just as good as mine. Thank you.

Barbara is the 1st provider who answered my questions with confidence and who re assured me/made me feel validated. Its sad ive have to go a decade with my feelings but she addressed everything and wow. ..I wish I didnt meet her so late in life. Also, seeing the tech use hand sanitizer entering the room really stood out ti me. It really rides me of anxiety when I see health care providers use hand hygiene. It makes me feel so comfortable. This was my 1st experience and I hope they keep uo what they are doing. Everyone introduced themselves, explained themselves, and provided patience. I was really wowed!
