Yeah, I appreciate the doctor's, what you would call bedside manner. I felt very comfortable. I think he asked a lot of questions that I should have asked, but since he did, that was his profession to do that. So I appreciated that he tried to cover all bases when it came to my health. And he recommended quite a few things that made sense to me. And I was able to act upon it. And he also helped me out with the prescriptions so that I had out of pocket, zero out-of-pocket expense. The care I received at Brookbuilder's office was excellent. I am blind. The staff at the facility was more than helpful. They helped me get to my appointment. They helped me get to the office. They even helped me get out to my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

This was my very 1st appt that was schedule back in Dec/Jan as a second opinion. I was not happy with previous specialist and was looking to replace. Dr Bierler was phenomenal. Asked a lot of questions to get an understanding on how/what I was feeling. He offered a game plan with realistic goals to strive for in the future. It gave me much needed peace of mind.

This is the first time I've been in the Morristown building as a patient, and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. The greeters in the lobby were very helpful and were there as soon as I came in the door with the greeting and telling me exactly where I needed to go. Even when I was a little confused, they were able to redirect me to the correct place. It's clean, it's bright, and it's very nice. So I enjoyed the visit from the moment I parked to the moment I left and was able to get my labs done. The lab lady was very nice too. Thank you. Even the security guard was very helpful in getting me to the lab.

Well, I think everything is good so far. The way I was treated has always been good, starting with the receptionists, then the nurse and the doctor, everything is well. I think an area for improvement would be Well, we can't ask for more. At least that's my experience. Everything has been good, and I thank the Lord because even though I live two and a half hours away, I go every year for my appointment with the doctor. That says a lot because I could have changed doctors, but I continue with him.

Yes, my health issues are somewhat complex, but Dr. Baylor monitors it all with ease. He's extremely knowledgeable, and I learn something new with each visit.
