Only had one visit so far, but everyone was, you know, seemed like they were able to get things done so far. I still have a couple of things to see if are going to pan out or not with what they said would happen, but it's only been one visit, but okay so far.

This was my first time at this practice. The 2 ladies at the reception desk were kind, quick, warm, professional and fun to talk to. I arrived I think about 1:58 when I was supposed to arrive at 1:50 for a 2:00 appt. I never received an acknowledgement that they were running behind nor did I receive an apology. I think I waited about 15-20 minutes, which isn't bad considering it was a Specialty practice. The medical asst who came out to the reception area to bring me back was not warm or welcoming. She was focused on doing her job and gathering my info, but she doesn't connect well even after I asked her how she is. When she asked me my level of pain on several different questions I kept telling her I don't have pain. She seemed to lose patience with me. When Brandi entered the room I greeted her warmly with a smile because that's my nature. She was stone-faced and said hello. It felt cold, but maybe that's her personality. When she asked about my pain level a few times, I told her each time I don't have pain and that it's more of a discomfort; at that point she seemed to lose a bit of patience and said something like "what is your level of discomfort " They weren't her exact words but she wanted me to give her a rating. After meeting both of them, I feel they should be trained or more cognizant in explaining or asking the patient if they have pain or is it a different symptom they're dealing with when they have to fill out the questions that need ratings. Overall, I was happy with her because she showed me my X-rays and explained what was going on. She also used a vertebrae model (for a lack of a better word). She was thorough, seemed to care and I highly recommend her to family and friends.

My experience was really pleasant. I didn't wait long. It was very easy for me to get an appointment. And the doctor that's seeing me was very patient with me. She took her time. She explained everything correctly. She showed that she cared about my back being, you know, and not in good shape. And she's taking the steps to help me to get better. So yes, I would definitely recommend A lot of people to come here and I'm definitely going to be coming back.

I was confused about my appointment because the text called it Ortho instead of Neurosurgery. I happened to have an appointment for both so i was late for the Neuro. Brandi took so much time to address my issues and concerns and NEVER made me feel rushed or that she had other things to do. She really listened and was attentive. When there was an issue beyond what she knew she did not try to push it aside like so many health care providers often do. She consulted with her supervising physician for answers. It truly refreshing and comforting. I would recommend Brandi in a heartbeat. Furthermore, the entire office staff was amazing and helpful.

Explained everything very well to me

Brandi is transferring to Cape May, but she lives down that way. I will miss her, and she worries about my pain. I'm going for blood work, and an MRI, of 3 areas. I did get a nerve block, and it lasted at most 2 months. Other parts of my body are rebelling, with cancer, but I still need my nerve shots. I have a hospital visit on [Date] but even busy with various providers, I need those shots in my neck.

She was fantastic. Upset she will be switching locations. One of the best experiences I've had with a healthcare provider, ever. And this was my first encounter.

We love Brandi as our doctor. She explains more than surgeon did. We have bonded with her as a doctor and as an individual. All health care providers should be so kind.

Hi, I wanted to say that Brandy Aldridge is my favorite Cooper physician and I'm really going to miss her at the Cherry Hill location, but I'm very happy that she's getting an office at Cape Regional. But I will miss her and she's the best provider I've ever had and takes all my concerns seriously and is very interested in me figuring out how to live better with my nerve damage because of my degenerative disc. And I just feel very confident that she's just like the best provider I've ever seen at Cooper.

This time specifically, Brandi Aldridge was amazing, very thorough and spent the time I needed to feel comfortable knowing my healing process. She absolutely was a light in my tunnel. Dr. Yocum told me wonderful things and that I would be in great hands with her, she exceeded my expectations!
