Dr. O'Connell is just amazing. His bedside manner is phenomenal and he truly cares about his patients and their quality of health and life. The rest of the staff in the office are just incredible. I wish every office had a staff like them. There aren't enough words in the dictionary to express how wonderful everyone at the office is. I highly recommend this office..

I feel like the staff was very, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very clean facility. The doctor was really nice, very welcoming. I can't say nothing bad about them. However, I just started going to the facility, so time do will tell. But as of right now, a wonderful experience. If I could give them a hundred, I would give them a hundred.

He really took the time to explain the treatment options, and all the pre-surgery tests and blood work that needed to be scheduled. He really took his time and I didn't feel rushed.
