The Dr. was very caring and explained everything in detail.

The doctor was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking to him telling him what I was going through I really enjoyed talking to him I have a lot of knowledge now about the procedure

All staff and the doctor were great, friendly and knowledgeable.

I met with Dr. O'Connell for a consult and he was very kind and explained everything so thoroughly. This was a big step for me and I'm hesitant to seek medical care from men due to my own insecurities and he made me feel at ease immediately. He didn't just throw out numbers in a general sense, he applied it to my weight and gave me real numbers that helped show the totality of what he was referring to. Very happy I have such a kind and knowledgeable doctor for what could be a hard journey! I would highly recommend him to everyone!! !

I feel like the staff was very, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very clean facility. The doctor was really nice, very welcoming. I can't say nothing bad about them. However, I just started going to the facility, so time do will tell. But as of right now, a wonderful experience. If I could give them a hundred, I would give them a hundred.

He really took the time to explain the treatment options, and all the pre-surgery tests and blood work that needed to be scheduled. He really took his time and I didn't feel rushed.
