From my first appointment to my oral surgery, I was treated with such understanding and compassion. I have a triple whammy situation: Asperger's, vertigo, and trigeminal neuralgia. In the past, I had met with dismissive treatment by doctors, but not here. They allayed every concern, and were completely understanding about my intermittently nightmarish sensory world. They gave me no hassle whatsoever about providing the four-tooth surgical extraction with anesthesia. I couldn't imagine having had to remain conscious and grapple with that procedure with the combination of taser face from the TN, and the body horror sounds of extraction, as I am very sound-oriented. And with the vertigo, with my head tilted back for the time it took for the surgery, I would have been ever so seasick. They understood that in my case, with my conditions, putting me under was an acceptable standard of care for me, and I am eternally grateful for this.

Very organized office that has great customer service and very knowledgeable dentists.

Even though it took several months to get in, it ended up being well worth the wait. My professional background is customer service mgt. Outstanding service levels seen from the instant I walked through the door and through to the end . Whether you hired right, or trained well, you are to be applauded as an organization. I've never felt so good overall after leaving an office.

I am grateful for Dr. Smith and Dr. Cameron for such a kind and compassionate visit. I would like to thank also the whole staff for being so nice and highly professional. I am happy that I found Dr. Smith. I look forward to seeing him again and to getting treatment at Cooper Health. Thank you.

Always a great experience when in coopers care

All my Cooper doctors , pain management, dentists, surgeons, nurses , med techs, receptionists , etc, are amazing!!!! I'm so blessed to have them all! Thank You Cooper! I was suffering and struggling before I switched to COOPER.

I liked my doctor and was very pleased with my visit.the front office girls were very nice and helpful.I am always quite nervous in doctors offices and they made me feel very at ease.

Dr Smith was very nice and he explained everything so I was able to understand everything very clear

No one was dismissive about me having trigeminal neuralgia and my need to have what would otherwise be an uncomplicated extraction under anesthesia. And they treated my autism with huge compassion, with total understanding of my clothing rigidity, and reassured me that I could wear what I need to wear to feel grounded and still have my surgery. They were delightful. Even though their AC was broken, every staff member I met was very pleasant and not at all grouchy. The technology for the X-ray was much less painful than the setup at CAMCare (though CAMCare is wonderful). I was initially apprehensive about the X-ray setting off the neuralgia, but it didn't. And the demeanor of the staff who helped me to get the X-ray and who discussed things with me gave me confidence that I will be in the right hands when the time comes for the surgery. I'm grateful to have found this facility and this surgery team.

Dr Smith has always treated me, back to his days at Temple, and I've never come across another Dr with his care and compassion. Without his expertise, I do not know what my face or jaw would look like today
