This facility is top-notch from start to finish when you walk in the door and when you walk out, they are very attentive very professional. I can't say enough good things about that building and the people that worked there.

My experience was great. He talked to me about what is expected of me. Hoping everything will go as planned. This is my first time with the doctor, but I feel I can trust doctor/Cooper to put me back on my feet again.

Yes, my family is very happy with Dr. Swinseed, who my mother saw. He was her provider. We've been to University of Pennsylvania, different hospitals in Pennsylvania, and we were quite happy, University of Pennsylvania, other than Cooper, just to get different opinions. And ideally and highly, we'll be very, very satisfied with Dr. Swinseed at Cooper Hospital. He was an excellent doctor. He explained everything simply and concisely and professionally. The other doctors that we went to, we were very unhappy with. They were over-prescribing as far as different things that were needed for my mother to do. Outstanding and attention to detail.

Dr Swenseid developed a plan for my surgery. From my first appointment I was very confident and comfortable with him. He is an amazing surgeon and doctor. He is very compassionate with every visit I have had. I am a very emotional person and had a very hard time with my diagnosis. I admit I do cry at my appointments, and he still answers all of my questions without hesitation.

I felt at ease, and confident with the manner in which Dr. SWENDSEID explained my procedure.

Yes, Brian, my doctor, was very, very good. And even the intern with him, he was excellent. And the only thing is I sometimes forget to say what, you know, like my feeding tube needed to be done, but I forgot all about it. But he took care of it, you know, like, because I had a nurse run back and tell him. And so, you know, they, They're good people. Thank you very much for taking care of me.

The only thing I would change is having to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment after I did the paperwork on line. I had to sign 3 documents and initial 2 in person. Took 1 minute. Arriving that far in advance of my appointment is a waste of time. The doctor and staff were all first rate.

My boyfriend and I took my mother to go see Dr. Sunsi, and we were very impressed with the doctor. He was very knowledgeable, but very understanding, related to us very easily, and explained everything in a way that we felt so very happy and comfortable with. My mother also felt the same way, and we even talked about it on the way home, how nice and how he explained everything, and how his assistant, Morgan, was very, very helpful. Also, we were very pleased with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend, if we ever had to recommend a doctor for anybody to go see for any kind of problem, the same kind of thing that my mother experienced.

It could have been fraught with tension. Surgery is rarely an eventuality one looks forward to, especially one in a delicate area, like one's throat. Dr swenseid was affable, approachable, spoke in understandable terms, and responded well to my son, who accompanied me. Thanks.

Best care I have ever received.

I felt as though the physician was very caring and took his time with my son. My only issue was that a large portion of the visit was spent cleaning my son's ear out and air drops were recommended. None of that was on his discharge papers. Other than that, I thought the doctor did an excellent job. Thank you.

Yeah, this was my first experience at MD Anderson Cooper Center and everyone was excellent. The staff, the doctor, everybody was kind, uplifting and thank God I don't have cancer but before they even knew it, everybody was so nice to me and I was so nervous and I appreciate it more than anybody even knows.
