This was my first visit with Dr. Yates and a Cooper PCP overall, as I had just moved to the area and was looking to switch to a Cooper PCP for awhile (since I am also an employee of Cooper). I greatly appreciated her taking the time to actually listen to me and respected my input and questions regarding my care. This was not always the case with my previous PCP, which was also one of the reasons I switched to Cooper. I felt heard and respected and that really meant a lot, especially since I previously had to deal with situations where I wasn't with the former PCP. I am very glad I switched to this practice and look forward to future interactions.

All of the providers are amazing. Caring but I feel they know what they're doing. Professional but friendly. I never feel rushed which is huge in the medical field. I was actually told "I am here for you." Hate getting sick but they all make it bearable.

Dr. Yates always goes over everything with me very, very thoroughly. Not that the other providers don't, but it seems like Dr. Yates really gets me and made me feel comfortable enough to actually try to switch my daughter from her pediatrician over to you guys. And again, not that the other providers haven't. I love everybody there, but the past couple of times that I've seen Dr. Yates really have just been over the top wonderful. Excellent Doctor Knows how to talk to people, very easy to talk to You can tell that she really loves her job and knows what she's talking about. I felt very comfortable with her almost like I was talking to a friend. She didn't rush you, she allowed you to talk so that she can get to know you and understand what you're going through and know how best to care for you.

I was very pleased with my appointment at the doctor's office. I do think that I mispunched in wrong numbers on the first two or three questions. I meant to give it the highest. I think I gave it the lowest. Sorry.

The only small note I would like to share is regarding holiday greetings. I practice a different religion, and while the staff wished me "Merry Christmas," it may be helpful to keep in mind that not all patients celebrate the same holidays. I was very impressed with Dr Yates!

I met Dr. Yates yesterday for the first time and I liked her very much. She was warm, caring and very concerned about my comfort. I think she is a great addition to this practice.

Dr. Yates embodies the bedside manner that Dr. Laura Bruneau demanded of her private practice years before joining the Cooper health system. It typically takes me 40 minutes to get to the practice, but the distance is worth it. I've been going to Bruneau Family Care for over 20 years. They have supported me through some of life's biggest challenges, both mental and physical. I am lucky to have stumbled upon the practice by chance so many years ago. Their approach to medicine and wellness is so rare to find. I give them my highest recommendation.
