I had a great experience overall and would like to sincerely thank the team. I had a very sore throat and called in, and I was able to get an appointment the next day, which I truly appreciated, especially on Christmas Eve. The service was excellent. The doctor was very pleasant and attentive, the medical assistant was very kind, and the front desk staff were polite and professional. I felt well cared for, and I am very grateful to everyone. The only small note I would like to share is regarding holiday greetings. I practice a different religion, and while the staff wished me "Merry Christmas," it may be helpful to keep in mind that not all patients celebrate the same holidays. I responded with "Happy Holidays" and "Happy New Year," and I share this only as a gentle suggestion for inclusivity. Thank you again for the excellent care.

Dr. Yates embodies the bedside manner that Dr. Laura Bruneau demanded of her private practice years before joining the Cooper health system. It typically takes me 40 minutes to get to the practice, but the distance is worth it. I've been going to Bruneau Family Care for over 20 years. They have supported me through some of life's biggest challenges, both mental and physical. I am lucky to have stumbled upon the practice by chance so many years ago. Their approach to medicine and wellness is so rare to find. I give them my highest recommendation.

Pleased that the location is only 3 miles from my home. Parking is easy. Waiting room and exam rooms have lots of natural light.

Dr. Yates is very understanding I have Autism, and she explains things to me so that I understand. I already recommended her to a couple friends of mine. One of them has already become a patient of hers.

It was extremely refreshing when Dr Yates asked me what is going on in my life etc and actually wanted to find out more about me! Doctors don't usually do this and it was very refreshing!

After we got into the office, she was very caring and was interested in everything about me and was not a pushy doctor. She wanted to work with me the best that she could. And she was very easy. She pleased me very well. I enjoyed her visit, which is unusual for a doctor. She's very kind. And that's just about it. I will go back again.

I chose "usually" for most of my answers as it was only my first time meeting with Dr. Yates. The appointment was very good and I liked her very much. However, my answers would be more accurate if I had been seeing her for a longer period of time. So my responses are not really a direct reflection of her.

I was very very under the weather and was seen right away. The concern and understanding of how I felt was exceptional. DR Yates examed me and advised to go to ER. Thank goodness she did. The swelling in my neck was covering part of my epiglottis per CT scan and have been admitted to the hospital. My experience with Cooper has been wonderful

This was my 1st visit. I previously was with Jefferson & when a new Dr took over for my Dr, her personality was quite different. Dr Yates made me feel like she & I already knew one another

Dr. Bruneau is my family doctor. She has been my doctor for the last 25-30 years. The office suggested I see Dr. Yates because Dr. Bruneau schedule was full and I had to be seen in my opinion. Dr. Yates was awesome. She gave me excellent advice and I followed it.
