During my visit, Carla was extremely informative, friendly, and very helpful in me understanding what's going on. Very supportive. Answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Carla spent a lot of time with me which I appreciated because I'm the type of patient that asks a lot of questions. She was technically knowledgeable which is by far the quality that is most important to me in a provider. The rest is just icing on the cake. You can be quite caring, considerate, empathetic and a great listener but if you don't have the technical chops there is really no point to my visit.
