I finally felt heard by a provider who offered real solutions to my concerns. She also offered better advice for my injections than a different healthcare system provider, despite that individual being a MD. I feel like I wasted two years with a different provider that was not interested in my care and did the bare minimum to meet insurance and pharmacy regulations. Looking back, my clinical improvement and general wellbeing was stagnant because of the lack of care a dedication to truly see what works for me and my body to improve my symptoms. Cooper and APN Brown did for me in one day what I've needed from the other group for a long time. She is also the reason I decided to switch from Jefferson to Cooper after having read her bio on the practice's website.
