Needed help on very short notice & office staff were very helpful. Doc very quickly but thoroughly assessed my symptoms and explained what the 2 medications she prescribed were for and how quickly they'd help. Very informative. Two days later, I'm getting better just as she'd explained. Perfect appointment! Much appreciation from a very grateful patient!

I like it that you are always greeted the minute you come in the door. Somebody takes care of you right away. The front office staff is exceptional. They are always helpful and help in many ways that they can assist you. Nurse practitioner Cantillo is the best. She genuinely concerns herself with you and wants to know all the details of why you're not feeling well and what's going on in your life. She's the most thorough person I think that I've ever been to. It's a great office and I would recommend it to anyone.

My visits with Carmen Cantillo are incredibly pleasant and easy, especially when you're going through a rough patch. She always has the right words to explain things and find solutions. She's very approachable and incredibly kind. She's an excellent professional in every sense of the word. I'm absolutely delighted to be her patient and so grateful.

Nurse Practitioner Carmen is excellent, great listener, thoughtful evaluation, and thorough diagnosis and recommendations. Very impressive! The front desk staff is consistently cordial and caring. I've never had a primary care provider as an adult which made me hesitant, but I love this office. The appointment was fast, I got lab tests done immediately the same day, and got results within the next day. The provider herself was incredibly professional, the person who did my bloodwork was fantastic, the people at the front desk were super friendly. I didn't have to wait at all, I was seen at exactly the scheduled time which I loved. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had going to a medical office of any kind.

The nurse practitioner Carmen is very caring and very understanding. She was extremely understanding and helpful. However, the two girls women sitting behind the computer near desk near the door are very stoic. Do not say hello's and avoid making contact. They are not very welcoming.

I loved my visit with Carmen Cantino yesterday and matter of fact, all the time. She's so professional, so informative, and is very caring and very listen to my health issues and try to find like the best solution that is comfortable with me. So I truly appreciate and love having her as my primary. Second thing I also wanted to say that the receptionist people are very courteous and professional and I was very greeted with the utmost, you know, professional, customer service, eccentric. It was great. I had a great feeling I had a great visit.
