I have loved every person who has had anything to do with me at the hospital. Cooper has been a godsend to me, especially when you're in a lot of pain and people are helping you. It's a wonderful feeling. Thank you very much. I will see you all this next week. Bye-bye.

I rated referring family and friends as an eight just because I don't believe in seeing the same doctor for specialty care because too much of your personal business and personal contact is out there enough. I don't want to be getting infusions at a time a coworker is getting an infusion. So it has nothing to do with the provider and everything to do with my personal feelings because I had a sister-in-law and a niece seeing the same doctor as me and that doctor's office was telling all of our business. So that's why I really don't do it and that's why I thought I should explain the rating of an eight. It has nothing to do with the provider. I just don't think people should do that. If you just happen to do it, you happen to do it, but I'm not referring friends and family for personal reasons, not reasons of the provider. Thank you.

Everyone was pleasant and compassionate

Dr. Grana's office and everybody associated with it is very quick to make an appointment with you to review negative information or important information that affects your health from any scans, blood work, etc. They make it a necessity to come into the office and usually are open to seeing you within the same week and make the time available. I think this is really important for any doctor dealing with terminal illnesses like mine such as cancer. Thanks.

MD Anderson is my safety net since survivorship. Everyone acknowledges my concerns and either acts on those concerns or explains what they believe is going on. People typically dislike going to the doctor. I am happy when my appointments roll around because I know I am in good hands.
