it was good little painful to regain control of my arm but the doctor did a great job on the surgery and things are improving greatly

I'm not just saying this because I also work for Cooper but every time I go to any Cooper facility I am always treated with respect and everyone is so nice and helpful. My boyfriend also just started going to Cooper and he says that they're the most efficient kind and respectful Healthcare organization he's ever been to and he's been through a lot at other locations with other organizations.

Dr Fedorka is amazing. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. I am blessed she did my shoulder surgery. My shoulder hasn't felt this good in several years.

The whole staff were wonderful. Whenever I go to Cooper Care Center, whichever I use, they are all the same, fantastic, I love them. I will never ever use anyone else. Dr. Fodorka, ( I hope I didn't mess up her name) is one of the sweetest doctor's I've ever had. She comes in with a smile and ask how you are. As a matter of fact, they all do but her, she's really great. When I first met her it was like I've known her for a long time that's how comfortable she made me feel. She had me smiling even though she was explaining the surgery i was going to have. She even made me laugh. How great is that She's greatest surgeon I've ever had that made me feel safe and secure. She's fantastic . I think she deserves a raise just from her having a great bedside manner and how calm I felt. I don't like surgeries but she was great. You have a real gem in Dr. Fodorka. Visit with Dr. Fedorka was perfect. She spent quite a bit of time answering every question with total clarity. And she addressed issues of pain and functioning by providing an injection which has been totally effective. Would very highly recommend her to anyone with shoulder problems.

Dr. Figueroa is an incredible physician and surgeon. I really applaud her every day of the week. She's a fine individual who practices medical medicine as an art. She's extraordinary. I feel comfortable being with her all the time because she cares about me and my health. So I would raise her on 10 every time I see her because she's that caring. So that's my, uh, My quote, she's a caring, wonderful surgeon, and I think the world of her. That's about it.

Coming to Dr Fedorka for my shoulder replacement has been one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a physicians office. Her staff especially a medical assistant who has red long hair, unfortunately, I don't remember her name were exceptional. Kept me informed, interested in what I had to say. I want to thank you for getting me in for an emergency appointment and I got lost bc of detour I had to wait bc I was late living 2hrs away.so I thank you bc I just got outta surgery n gotta go right back in for another.i can't wait to be better after 5 yrs. Of hell for my parents being homeless will not be good before next surgery but I need out n disability will not be cutting it so hopefully I can get better asap

I thought Dr. Fedorka was amazing, actually. I went in there with a painful shoulder, three prior surgeries, thinking that I was going to have to have something major done. And she was, read the x-ray and was very kind and very specific and gave me injections, which completely solved the problem. And it's like, what, three days or four days past the visit, and my left shoulder feels great, better than it has in months.

I called after my appt and requested my 3 CD's be mailed to me. The man that answered my call after only 3 rings clearly understood my request, notified Dr F's staff and replied I would receive them by mail in 7-10 days. He spoke without an accent so I clearly understood him. At the end I just had to compliment him on his very courteous manner throughout our conversation.
