Hi, my husband had trouble understanding a doctor before. We switched to the Dr. Roch and the first thing he said when he came out of the office was, I was able to understand him. Anyway, I think that's real important. Thank you.

I feel like they generally care about what I am there for and they listen and provide me with helpful suggestions. Dr Roche and staff are very caring and helpful.

Was excellent from the front desk to seeing Dr. Roche. The whole practice are kind and always to date make every experience there easy and worry free.

This is a new Doctor in the same practice that I'm seeing. (My original Dr. retired ). It may take awhile to get used to him. He seems very competent. I am used to being able to make appointments to see my Dr. in the stone Harbor office. Traveling to Marmora is less convenient.

Dr. Roche explained his concern about my symptoms with his usual kindness and compassion. He sent me to the ER and called to let them know I was coming. He followed up with a specialist recommendation and then called with advice about what to do before the specialist could see me. I could not be more grateful to have Dr. Roche as my doctor.

Right from the receptionist right through to the doctor, everyone I encountered showed me respect and consideration. I would highly recommend the doctor and staff to anyone seeking a new doctor.

The entire office was great from the scheduling to the day of visit. Nurse Brenda was great. Dr Roche was hands down the best at explaining any of my questions and needs. We had a family get together about my husband's emotional and physical health. And Dr. Roche was extremely helpful, attentive, willing to give information. He was calm. He didn't shut us off. He let us say the things that we needed to say. My husband and I had an hours appointment between the two of us. And we took the whole hour, almost, other than my exam, to talk to Dr. Roche about my husband's failing health at his age.

In addition to the staff being friendly, courteous, and helpful, the office is exceptionally clean! This is how every doctors office should be. Also, the office is orderly and under control.

Dr. Rusch's office is very, very professional. You are always taken promptly. You are treated courteously. Dr. Rusch explains everything so you can understand. It's a wonderful experience.

Parking in Stone Harbor in peak summer is rough. The receptionist cheerfully helped me with the parking app! !

I followed Dr. Roach from Ocean City office. I think he is an outstanding internist. He truly cares about his patients. He considers all factors, psychological, emotional, etc., etc. He has steered me very, very well for close to 10 years now, so I think he is superb.
