Staff was very nice and understanding

I was hurting very badly so I called to see if I could be seen. There were no openings available for a week but the kind and very helpful lady who took my call understood my situation and forwarded my situation to a next level management official and said I would be called back and someone did and arranged for me to be seen the following morning. I am very great full to all involved in helping me to be seen and treated. Cooper really cares about their patients you are not a number thank you very much.

Christie was very capable and knowledgeable in giving me my treatment and a sweet caring person.

Poor snow removal job in the parking lot. Lots of patches of ice making it dangerous to get into the building especially for seniors. Once inside everything was good with the appointment.

The provider did her job. She did a very good job, but I was disappointed with the appointment. I have had therapy before over a period of years. It's not doing me any good. So I thought that when I got disappointment that I would maybe see a doctor and maybe consider surgery and see if I was a candidate And, you know, I get the therapy, it works for a while and then it doesn't.

Yes, the staff, they're always polite, and I always get good treatment there for my knees. And what else can I say On a positive note, very pleasant, make the appointment very pleasant. I'm always glad to be going there, not just to get the relief from the pain, but to meet the different staff. Christie has been wonderful. for me and takes her time and is very considerate and a good response for anything that's said. So, with that being said, everything as good as it possibly can be. Thank you for everything that's done for me.
