From the front office to the checkout everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The medical personnel were caring and professional in every way. I felt cared for as a patient.

Christina was very thorough and informed me of some additional issues that I needed to pay attention to.

I was totally pleased with how the provider, Ms. Marcano, was with my father. He's 95 years old. She was engaging him and speaking with him, not at him the way some providers do. Just couldn't have asked for anything better. And she understood the situation that we have and I thought her advice was excellent.

Nothing Cooper is the only place that I feel comfortable with.

The provider was VERY thorough and considerate and explained the big picture of my health and not just one event. She was excellent.

I was scheduled with Christina Marcano [Date] 5 @ 11am. My visit and encounter with her was excellent, and she was very easy-going and wonderful to encounter. Upon leaving my appointment with her, she mentioned that her medical staff would be reaching out to me to schedule me for surgery; however, today in [Date] and I have not received an appointment scheduling me for my hernia operation.

The APN, Christina, was very kind and precise in her explanation of the process. Thank you very much.

This was my first visit, so it's hard to answer some of these questions. But it was treated well. I am expecting a phone call back. They were going to review the film that they were waiting on. I haven't received that yet. OK, that's it.

I was early for my appointment and was taken early. After appointment I sat in the waiting room waiting for my ride. Staff members asked if I needed to check in or needed help. I told them I was waiting on transportation. I thought that was very nice of them.

I was glad to see Christina before surgery and she did explain everything to me and gave me the options that I needed and surgery was successful. I came back for follow-up and she again explained what was found and how it was done. I think she was very, very helpful and I do appreciate her efforts. Thank you.
