I had difficulty getting there because we came across two accidents. We were late within 20 minutes. We were late. And they were so nice to me. It was just amazing. And so I want to thank you, especially the doctor. He was very kind. He called me, asked if we were on our way. He was kind and considerate and everybody was so nice. So I want to thank all of you for that.

Not only the doctor is a real professional and caring and understanding and thorough, the office staff is extraordinary and special. They go out of their way to be caring and accommodating and they always have a good attitude and helpful. It's just a pleasure to come into that doctor's office because they make you feel important and they're there to help you and that's commendable for that office staff as well as the medical team. All right, thank you.

I have a great deal of confidence in Dr McFadden. He always goes over my lab reports, etc., and explains and answers questions. I always feel that he knows what he is dealing with and how to do so. I think he is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, professional and polite. The checking-in nurse was very nice, as well as efficient. The staff at the admissions desks and checkout desk are pleasant and helpful.

One thing really makes me feel comfortable with Dr. Chris is that he shakes your hand when the appt. Is over, but he doesn't run out the room ahead of you, he walks out with you.

Dr. Christopher McFadden is in my opinion the best Specialty Care doctor I've seen so far. It was a pleasure conversing with him about my health and welfare. Dr McFadden, is a very special person, I only saw him about three times ( thankfully ) but he always acted like he had known me for years . Never felt stressed for time with him, and his pleasant personality and calm demeanor made the worry of what if , OK. My personality can be over-bearing , I don't filter anything that comes out of my mouth, and he just quietly dealt with me ( as best he could) and I appreciate that . Nothing like a Good Doctor , that you also consider a Good Man. Cooper has done very well with this man, I'm sure all his patients feel the same as me with his care. And I thank him for handling me and for his guidance ..

McFadden has been my nephrologist for approximately 21 years and in that period of time, you know, we have developed a relationship. I feel as though I can be honest with him and open in my feelings and my concerns and I feel as though he will give me an honest and open answer to the issues that I do raise. One example that I'd like to reference is at our last appointment on the 14th, I had a lot of concerns about abnormal blood work results. And I asked specifically, you know, are my kidneys deteriorating And he was honest with me and said yes. And he told me what the rate of deterioration had, in fact,

It is very rare that you find doctors that would treat you like a person, a patient, than a number. I really felt like a person with this last appointment that I had.
