The Dr. was going to look in my ear for wax build up but the lighted device in the room was not charged. He did have a personal light and looked, but not as good as having exactly the right tool. We had a similar problem when we received a thermometer in the package received chemo education night. The battery was dead when we tried to take my temperature the first week after Chemo. Perhaps someone should check rooms and services be for all battery operated device? That was not the primary reason we met, but he did make an effort to do more evaluation. Overall it was an excellent consultation.
