This visit was a 6 month follow/up post surgery. The staff from check-in thru check-out was pleasant and professional.

Dr. Derivaux put me at ease, listened when I was talking about the history of the problems with my lungs. He explained the results of the bronchoscopy, was encouraging and am confident that he will perform the surgery to remove the carcinoid tumor.He was encouraging, knowledgeable and I am fortunate that he became my doctor.

I'm a former Army Medic and appreciate the way that the facility operates. Every experience at your location has been very professional and pleasant. It's a bit of a trip to get to the hospital but I'm there as long as I'm breathing.

I went outside to look at the flowers in the memorial garden and my name was called while I was out there. Because I didn't answer when the nurse called me, the she came looking for me instead of calling someone else. I felt very appreciative to her.

Everyone in the office treats me with the care and kindness that I don't experience in any other office . All my questions were answered with kindness and compassion.
