Colleen is very pleasant & caring and concerned about her patients. She is professional but very easy to talk to about your health issues and checks with the electrophysiologist if she has questions about treatment.

Colleen is a brilliant PA who is a treasure to deal with. We have been dealing with her for a couple of years now and she is everything you would want a PA to be. She's knowledgeable. She's empathetic. She is in her explanations of what they're doing. She is receptive to pensions. There is absolutely nothing I wouldn't give, I would only give her tens for her performance with us. And I would also like to say that her nurse assistant, Minnie, is absolutely first class also. I say nothing but good things about Minnie.

I believe I answered the first two questions incorrectly. They should have been a four or so for both of them. Colleen Brown has always been very kind and very thorough with me, and I appreciate her very, very much.

Most of these questions are not applicable because I saw an APN. I did not see my doctor. This was the first time I saw an APN. And I can't say that she treated me any specific way. She was very nice. I understood her. I had no problems with her at all. But a lot of those questions are for some doctor on a more regular basis that would be worried about me as a whole person and some of those other questions that you're asking. They just didn't apply. You should have a button for not applicable. Thank you.
