Everyone from the check-in staff to the medical assistant to P. A. Luskin were professional, attentive, and friendly. It was my first time seeing Conor Luskin. He listened to me, answered questions clearly, showed me on xrays and the spine model what was happening, what it meant, what were options if it worsened. He explained how physical therapy could help and gave a couple of options of places. I left feeling heard and hopeful.

Dr. Luskin was very informative and helpful. He made sure that I understood my condition fully before I left and took the time to answer the few questions I had. The X-ray technician(I didn't get her name) was quick and very good at her job. I was in an out of X-ray within a matter of minutes. And Dr. Luskin did not have any problem examining the X-rays and pin pointing the issue. I didn't catch the name of the assistant either, but he did a fantastic job explaining to the doc my condition. He also took my height, weight, and blood pressure which went just as smooth as the X-rays. I do have a follow-up appointment and I look forward to coming back.

Dr Conner took his time with me and answered all my questions.

Dr. Yocum's team have all been kind and informative. They meet you where you are at and are very willing to take the time to discuss your concerns. Dr. L was a new face at my follow up and was just as great. All team members nurses, doctors, etc have all been absolutely wonderful!

It was a great experience with one exception, the app "MyChart" says to be there 20 minutes before actual appt time, yet nothing happened in those 20 minutes.

Conor was phenomenal. He was thorough, kind, and explained everything in layman's terms. He helped facilitate testing so that I could get answers on why I was in so much pain. Conor made a follow up phone to call to make sure I had what I needed. I couldn't recommend him enough! !

Excellent way to prescreen individuals for the surgeon. I wish other branches did this same process of prescreening.

Dr. Conor was very helpful. He even helped me get an appointment that takes a long waiting period. 6 weeks is better then 4 months when you are in pain. He heard me and I appreciated it.

He listened to me and even though I am 81 he did not talk to me as if I was 81. Some doctors I have been to just look at the gray hair and treat me as if my life as it had been is over. He put a smile on my face!
