It took me over a month to schedule with my primary care doctor. I feel that is entirely too long of a wait for a medical concern. I had to talk to 3 different people just to make an appointment. I had to wait a long time at the office at the time of my visit. It usually is not this way. Not sure what has changed but seems that scheduling is not efficient. It seems everyone is overworked even though they are doing their best. Administration should be aware and help staff. Dr. Rivell is always amazing and I'm very particular about my doctors.
